If you are on our vendor list for the Ostara Festival on March 9th/10th 2024 and need to cancel, please fill out this form as best as possible. Vendors who do not notify us of a cancellation and end up being a no call/no show will be banned from vending either temporary or possibly permanently. All payments are non refundable and no transfer credits will no longer be given unless special circumstance. But, you may sell your spot to another approved vendor

If you plan on being a vendor at the Ostara Festival at the TCF grounds ONLY (meaning you are not setting up at Pedigo) on March 9th/10th 2024, please fill out this form as best as possible.

We will be holding performances later that evening. Workshops and more. Camping is open for vendors and guest. Vendors may camp at no additional cost. Guest camping is $10 for the weekend. We have a full weekend of events.

Vendors who have already reserved and would like to also take part in the Festival at TCF may sign up here. You must be an approved vendor and already reserved before signing up here. If you need to apply, apply here

We are putting together a huge egg hunt during the event. With the help of vendors and sponsors, our goal is 5k eggs filled with candy and prizes.

If there isnt enough info added to understand what you offer, we will not be able to approve your application. This info is important for our insurance policy and for placement.
To keep vendor prices affordable, we sometimes approve 2 or more (depending on differences) of similar type vendors. Rules on this will change starting with our 2024 dates. However If you are seeking exclusivity with your primary product type for this event, you may opt to sponsor that particular market for an additional fee. Please note above the specific product and category you are looking for exclusivity on, we will take a look if the option is available and we will follow up with you.
We are not responsible for taxes of each individual vendors sales.
